Car
To reach Kalsnavas arborētums by car, start from the nearest major city, Madona. Head south on Aizkraukles iela/A2 road, following the signs for Kalsnava. Continue on A2 for approximately 12 kilometers. Then, take the exit toward Kalsnavas pagasts and turn onto Ogu Īves road. After about 3 kilometers, you will find Kalsnavas arborētums on your left at Ogu Īves, Jaunkalsnava, Madonas novads, LV-4860. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, take a bus from Madona to Kalsnava. Buses from Madona to Kalsnava run several times a day. You can check the schedule at the local bus station or online. The bus journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kalsnava bus stop, it's a short 15-minute walk to Kalsnavas arborētums. Follow the signs towards Ogu Īves road, and you will find the arborētums ahead.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can reach Kalsnavas arborētums from Madona by bike. The distance is approximately 15 kilometers. Head south on Aizkraukles iela/A2 and then turn onto Ogu Īves road towards Kalsnava. The route is mostly flat and provides an enjoyable ride through the countryside.
