If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards Riga on the A6 highway. Follow signs for 'Riga' until you reach the city. Once in Riga, take the exit for 'A10' towards 'Jūrmala'. Continue on A10 and follow the signs for 'Zemgale' and 'Zemgales priekšpilsēta'. After entering the suburb, look for AB Dambis street. Arts Center NOASS is located at AB Dambis 2, which is right along the waterfront. Parking may be available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

To reach Arts Center NOASS using public transport, take a train or bus to Riga from your location in Zemgale. Once in Riga, use the tram service. Tram lines 5 or 7 will take you close to the AB Dambis area. Get off at the 'Pārdaugava' stop. From there, you can walk for about 10 minutes towards the waterfront where Arts Center NOASS is located at AB Dambis 2. If you are unsure, ask locals for directions to AB Dambis street.
