From the center of Aley, head towards the main road (Beirut-Damascus Highway). You can find the main road by locating the Aley Marketplace. Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk towards the direction of the mountains. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the sign for Harissa. You will notice the road begins to incline as you approach Harissa. Follow the signs indicating Harissa and the cable car station.
