The goal was to revitalize the town, which had historically been a popular summer resort, by establishing it as a hub for contemporary sculpture.For three consecutive years, Aley hosted these symposia, inviting artists from various countries to create sculptures on-site. The artists crafted their works from diverse materials such as wood, iron, mosaic, and marble, resulting in a collection that includes classic, modern, abstract, and figurative art.
