From any central location in Anjar, head towards the main road (Beirut-Damascus Highway). Follow this road towards the north for about 30 kilometers. Once you reach the city of Beirut, look for signs directing you to the downtown area. As you enter Beirut, continue straight until you reach the intersection with the 'Mar Elias' street. Turn right onto 'Mar Elias' street and follow it until you reach 'Greek Orthodox Archbishopric Street'. Turn left onto 'Greek Orthodox Archbishopric Street', and you will find the Nicolas Sursock Museum on your right.
