Local know-how to help you travel smarter and make the most of every moment.
Walking
From the Batroun Old Souk, head southeast on the main street (Batroun's waterfront promenade) toward the Batroun Marina. Continue walking until you reach the main highway (Lebanon Highway). Cross the highway carefully, and take the bus heading to Beirut. It is advisable to look for local signs or ask locals for the correct bus stop. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you wish to go to 'Bechara Khoury Street' in Beirut. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Bechara Khoury Street, look for 'La Cite Building - Block A'. The building is near Fakhani Super Market. Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor where 'Beirut Daily Tours' is located.
Public Transportation
From the Batroun bus station, board a bus to Beirut. Buses typically leave every 30 minutes. The fare is inexpensive, usually around 10,000 LBP. Once you arrive in Beirut, disembark at the Charles Helou bus station. From there, walk toward the nearest bus stop and catch a local bus or taxi heading towards 'Bechara Khoury Street'. You can ask the driver to let you know when you reach your destination. After getting off, look for 'La Cite Building - Block A', which is next to Fakhani Super Market. Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor to find 'Beirut Daily Tours'.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Batroun to Beirut. You can hail a taxi from the main street. The ride will take about 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Bechara Khoury Street, next to Fakhani Super Market'. Once you arrive, look for 'La Cite Building - Block A', and go to the 4th floor for 'Beirut Daily Tours'. It’s a good idea to confirm the fare before you start your journey.
