Start at the Batroun old harbor (الميناء القديم). From the harbor, head east along the main road, Rue de la Mer. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue Saint George. Turn left onto Rue Saint George, which will lead you into the heart of Batroun.
