Getting There

Walking
From the center of Bcharre, head south towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Byblos. Follow the signs for Byblos, which is approximately 35 kilometers away. Along the way, you will see beautiful landscapes and local shops. After arriving in Byblos, head towards the coast and follow the signs to the Byblos Citadel, which is located near the waterfront.

Start at the Bcharre bus station located in the town center. Look for a bus heading towards Byblos. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Byblos, disembark at the main bus stop and walk towards the coast. Follow the signs leading to Byblos Citadel, which is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

You can hire a local taxi from Bcharre to Byblos. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey. The ride will take about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off near the entrance to Byblos Citadel, which is easily accessible from the main road.
