Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Hamra Street, walk east towards Bliss Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Corniche. Turn left onto the Corniche and walk along the waterfront until you reach the Beirut Souks. From the Souks, head towards the direction of the Martyrs' Square, which you will see as you approach the end of the Souks. The square is located at VGW4+HV3, and features important historical monuments.

    Starting from the American University of Beirut (AUB), exit the campus and head east towards Bliss Street. Walk straight until you reach the Dunes Center, then turn right onto the Corniche. Continue walking along the Corniche until you reach the Beirut Souks. From the Souks, follow the signs to Martyrs' Square. The square will be directly ahead as you exit the Souks.
