Walking
If you are starting from the Beirut Souks, exit the shopping area and head towards the intersection of Foch Street and Allenby Street. Once you reach Allenby Street, turn left and walk straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will see the Grand Serail on your right. Continue walking straight until you reach the Place de l'Étoile, which is just a short distance ahead on the right. Look for the clock tower in the square as a landmark.

Walking
If you are near the American University of Beirut (AUB), exit the university onto Bliss Street and head towards the direction of Hamra. After walking for about 15 minutes, you will reach the intersection with the Corniche. Turn left and walk along the coast until you reach the Riad El Solh Square. From there, head towards the Grand Serail, and you will find Place de l'Étoile just adjacent to it.

If you are staying in the Gemmayzeh area, exit onto Gouraud Street and walk towards the end of the street. Turn left onto Armenia Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mar Mitr Street. Turn right and walk until you reach the Grand Serail. Place de l'Étoile is located just a short walk away from there, easily visible.
