Walking
If you are starting from downtown Beirut, head northeast towards Martyrs' Square. You'll find the 'Bourj Al-Moutran' (the Bell Tower) at the square. From there, walk towards the 'American University of Beirut' (AUB) campus. Keep walking along Bliss Street until you reach the intersection with Rue de Damas. Turn left onto Rue de Damas and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de l'Université. The MIM Mineral Museum is located within the Université Saint-Joseph Campus de L'innovation et du Sport (CIS), which is just a short walk from the roundabout.
Public Transport (Bus)
To reach the MIM Mineral Museum by bus, find the nearest bus station in downtown Beirut. Look for buses heading towards the Hamra area. Get on the bus number 15, which will take you close to the university. Inform the driver that you are heading to the Université Saint-Joseph. Once you get off, walk towards the campus entrance. The museum is located within the campus, following the signs that direct you to the CIS.
Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service
If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Careem or Uber. Simply enter 'MIM Mineral Museum' or 'Université Saint-Joseph Campus de L'innovation et du Sport' as your destination. The driver will navigate to the campus entrance.
