    Mleeta Landmark is approximately 80 kilometers south of Beirut. Take the Beirut-Saida Highway (M1), then follow local roads towards Mleeta. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. There is parking available at the site.

    From Beirut, take a bus or shared taxi to Sidon. From Sidon, arrange for a taxi or local transport to Mleeta. Alternatively, vans go from Beirut to Nabatiye; ask to be dropped off at Habboush Bridge, then take a taxi to Mleeta. The van from Beirut to Habboush Bridge costs around $4 USD, and the taxi from Habboush Bridge to Mleeta costs $10-15 USD.

Mleeta Landmark, also known as the Tourist Landmark of the Resistance, is a unique war museum operated by Hezbollah near the village of Mleeta in southern Lebanon. Opened in May 2010, it marks the 10th anniversary of the Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon in 2000. The museum is situated on a strategically important mountaintop that once served as a base for Hezbollah fighters.The site features a range of exhibits, including captured Israeli tanks and weaponry displayed in 'The Abyss,' a bizarre pit structure. Visitors can explore Hezbollah bunkers and a 200-meter-long tunnel used during the 2006 war, complete with living quarters and communication equipment. The park also includes a garden decorated with guns and missiles, known as Martyrs Hill.Mleeta offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and provides insight into the experiences of the Lebanese people during the Israeli occupation. The museum aims to preserve the history and memory of the Lebanese resistance, offering guided tours in multiple languages.
