The winery produces around 80,000 bottles of emblematic wines every year. The vineyards cultivate a diverse selection of grape varieties, including Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Viognier. Visitors can experience the art of winemaking with guided tours and tastings, immersing themselves in the flavors and aromas of the Bekaa Valley. The winery also crafts traditional Lebanese Brandy, Eau de Vie, and Lemoncello.The winery's location on the slopes of Zahlé, known as the "City of Wine and Poetry," adds to its charm and appeal.
