Getting There

From Hasbaya, head north on the main road (Route 7) towards the city of Baalbek. After approximately 30 minutes of driving, you will reach the town of Qornet El Hamra. Look for signs directing you to Jeita Grotto, which is known for the upper cave. Continue following the signs until you arrive at the Jeita Grotto entrance. There is a parking area available for visitors. The entry fee to access the upper cave is approximately 15,000 LBP per person.

From Hasbaya, take a shared taxi (service) heading to Beirut. After about 45 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Jeita Grotto. Once in the vicinity, you may need to take a local taxi to reach the entrance of Jeita Grotto. The total cost for the shared taxi should be around 5,000 LBP per person. The entry fee for the upper cave is approximately 15,000 LBP.
