If you are driving to Teatre Romà in Byblos, start from the center of Jbeil District (Byblos). Head south on the main road, which is the 'Beirut - Tripoli Road'. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the signs for Byblos. Follow the signs to Byblos and as you enter the city, take the first left after the Byblos shopping area. The Teatre Romà is located a short distance ahead on your right. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee of around 2,000 LBP (Lebanese pounds) per hour.

To reach Teatre Romà via public transportation, you can take a mini-bus or shared taxi from the Jbeil bus station. Look for buses heading towards Byblos, which usually cost around 1,500 LBP. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Byblos, disembark at the main square. From there, walk towards the old city area. Follow the signs toward the historical sites, and within 10 minutes, you will arrive at Teatre Romà. Be aware that mini-bus schedules may vary, so it's good to check the timings.
