Walking
From the center of Bcharre, begin walking towards the outskirts of the town, following signs for the Qadisha Valley. The path gradually descends into the valley, offering scenic views. The walk to the main monasteries takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. Note that the terrain can be uneven and rocky, so wear appropriate footwear. There are no entrance fees to access the valley or its monasteries.

Public Transport
From Beirut, take a bus to Tripoli, and then another bus to Bcharre. From Bcharre, local minivans or taxis can take you to the edge of the Qadisha Valley, closer to the trailheads. Bus fare from Beirut to Bcharre is approximately 50,000-75,000 LBP. A taxi or minivan from Bcharre to the valley entrance will cost around 20,000-30,000 LBP. Be prepared for a 10-15 minute walk from the drop-off point to the start of the main trails.
