Public Transport
From Beirut, take a bus from Martyrs Square to Abdel Hamid Karim Square in Tripoli. The bus ride takes approximately 2 hours and costs $1-$2. From Tripoli, you can take a service taxi or a minibus to Bnachii Lake. The minibus to Aarjes costs around 3,000 LBP. From Aarjes, Bnachii Lake is a 15-minute walk.
Car
From Zgharta, take the main road towards the north and follow the signs for Aarjes. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a junction. Take a left turn towards Aarjes and continue on this road for about 10 minutes. You will see signs for Bnachii Lake. Follow the signs until you arrive at the lake. Driving from Beirut to Bnachii takes approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes.
Taxi
A taxi from Beirut to Bnachii will cost approximately $95-$120 and take around 1 hour and 12 minutes. A taxi directly from Zgharta to Bnachii Lake is a shorter and more affordable option. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
