Walking
From the center of Marjayoun, head north towards the main road (Route 7). Walk along this road until you reach the junction with Route 45. This should take approximately 15 minutes. At the junction, turn left onto Route 45 and continue walking for about 5 kilometers. You will pass through a few small villages. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Deir El Qamar. Once you reach Deir El Qamar, look for local signs directing you to مغارة كفرحيم, which is about 1 kilometer from the center of the village. Follow the signs, and you will find the cave entrance.

Public Transport (Bus)
Begin at the Marjayoun bus station, located in the center of town. Look for a bus heading towards Deir El Qamar. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver or the conductor that you wish to get off at Deir El Qamar. Once you arrive, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to مغارة كفرحيم. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the cave.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Marjayoun and ride north towards Route 7. Continue along Route 7 for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Route 45. Turn left onto Route 45 and cycle for about 5 kilometers. After passing through small villages, you will arrive at Deir El Qamar. Once in the village, follow local signage to مغارة كفرحيم, which is roughly 1 kilometer away from the village center.
