Start from the center of Deir el Qamar, near the main square. Head east on the main street (Rue de la République) for about 500 meters until you reach a fork. Take the left path towards the village of Mar Moussa. Continue along this road for approximately 2 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the mountains. You may encounter several farms and small homes along the way. After 2 kilometers, you will reach a sign indicating the direction to Deir Mar Mousa. Follow the sign and make a right turn onto a smaller path. The pathway will lead you uphill for about 1 kilometer before you arrive at the monastery.

From the main square in Deir el Qamar, walk to the nearby bus stop and catch a local minibus heading towards Mar Moussa. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Deir Mar Mousa. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Mar Moussa, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer uphill along a marked path to reach the monastery. Follow the signs for Deir Mar Mousa as you walk.
