Car
From Tyre, take the main highway (Lebanon Route 5) heading north towards Sidon. Once you reach Sidon, continue on Route 5 until you see signs for Qana. Follow the signs to Qana and then continue north on Route 5. After approximately 25 km, look for the exit toward Peki'in. Turn left onto the road leading to Peki'in. Drive through the village, and you will find The Old Synagogue located in the town center.

From Tyre, take a shared taxi (service) heading to Sidon. Once in Sidon, transfer to a bus or shared taxi heading to Qana. After reaching Qana, you will need to catch a local taxi or walk to Peki'in, which is about 10 km away. Once in Peki'in, ask locals for directions to The Old Synagogue, as it is well known in the area.
