Walking
From the center of Tripoli, start at the Al-Mina area, which is a popular location with shops and cafes. Head northwest towards the main road (Tayyouneh Street). Walk along this road and follow the signs that direct you towards the port. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Corniche El-Mina. Turn left onto the Corniche and follow the waterfront path for approximately 1 km until you see a staircase leading up to the viewpoint. This staircase is located near the end of the Corniche, close to the coastline. Ascend the stairs to reach طلعة المهاترة.
