Getting There

  • Walking

From the main road into Jezzine coming from Saida, look for the large white Christian statue of 'Our Lady of the Waterfall'. Just before the statue, there is a narrow road signposted 'Wadi Jezzine'. Follow this road down the hill until you reach a fork and take the right-hand road (almost a hairpin bend). A few hundred meters further on, you'll find another hairpin with a large metal gate. This marks the start of the walking path to the waterfall. The walk to the base of the waterfall is short.

  • Public Transport

From Saida, buses and shared taxis are available from El Nejmeh Square to Jezzine. Ask around to find the correct vehicle. Once in Jezzine, follow the walking directions from the main road to reach the waterfall.

  • Taxi

Taxis are readily available in major cities like Beirut and Saida. A taxi from Beirut to Jezzine will cost approximately $75-95 and take around 1 hour and 1 minute. From Jezzine, follow the walking directions from the town center to reach the waterfall.
