From here, look for public transport options or local taxis that can take you closer to Basotho Hat.
Public Transport
From Leribe, take a local taxi (also known as a combi) heading towards Maseru. The taxi station is located near the town center. Board a taxi and inform the driver that you want to go to Basotho Hat. The journey will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off at a central location in Maseru. From there, you may need to walk or take another taxi to get closer to Basotho Hat, which is located at MFPH+Q9G. Ask locals for directions if needed.
Cycling
If you're feeling adventurous and have access to a bicycle, start from the Leribe town center and head south on Main Street. Cycle towards the Leribe Bridge and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. Once you reach the R57 road, turn right. Continue cycling on R57 for about 10 kilometers through beautiful scenery. Once you reach the outskirts of Maseru, you can either continue cycling or look for a local taxi to cover the last part of the journey to Basotho Hat.
