Walking
From the center of Mafeteng, head south towards the Mafeteng Bus Station. Once at the bus station, you can ask locals or look for a shared taxi (local transport) that goes towards Mateka. The shared taxis are usually marked with their destination. Once you find the right taxi, board it and inform the driver that you are heading to Kome Caves. The driver will drop you off at the nearest point to the caves.

After being dropped off, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers towards the Unnamed Road where Kome Caves are located. Follow the dirt path that leads you to the caves. Keep an eye out for local signage or ask locals for directions if you feel uncertain.
