From Mokhotlong town center, start walking south on the main road towards the mountains. Follow the road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach a fork. Take the left fork and continue walking for another 2 kilometers until you see a sign for Kome Caves. Follow the sign and walk for another 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of the caves.
