From Qacha's Nek, head southwest on the A1 road towards Semonkong. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the town of Semonkong. Once in Semonkong, follow the signs towards Maletsunyane Falls, which is about 5 km from the town center. You will reach a parking area near the falls. Note that some parts of the road may be unpaved and require a vehicle with good clearance.

To reach Maletsunyane Falls by public transport, take a local taxi or minibus from Qacha's Nek to Semonkong. The journey should take about 1 hour and cost around 30-50 Lesotho Maloti (LSL). Upon arriving in Semonkong, you can either walk (approximately 5 km) to Maletsunyane Falls or hire a local taxi to take you directly to the falls. Be sure to negotiate the return fare with the taxi driver.
