From the center of Quthing, head northwest on Main Street (known locally as 'Mokhotlong Street') until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the local hospital. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for the hospital. From there, turn left and follow the path that winds up the hill toward The Lion Rock Mountain. Make sure to stay on the well-trodden path, as it will lead you directly to the foot of the mountain.

Once you reach the base of The Lion Rock Mountain, prepare for a hike. The path is marked and can be steep at times, so wear appropriate footwear. Start your ascent by following the well-marked trail. The hike will take approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Along the way, take breaks to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. As you near the summit, there will be some rocky sections that require careful navigation.
