Walking
From the center of Semonkong, the viewpoint can be reached on foot. Head in the general direction of the Semonkong Lodge. From the lodge, continue on the dirt road for approximately 7 kilometers. The pathway to the viewpoint may branch off from the main road, so be sure to ask locals for guidance if needed. Walking to the viewpoint allows you to appreciate the surrounding landscapes and local life at your own pace. Allow approximately 2-3 hours for a round trip. There are no costs associated with walking.
Taxi/Car
From Semonkong, hire a local taxi or drive towards Semonkong Lodge. Continue past the lodge on the dirt road for about 7 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint. The road is generally accessible by car, but a 4x4 vehicle is recommended, especially during the rainy season. Parking is available near the viewpoint. A taxi ride from Semonkong to the viewpoint and back will cost approximately 150-250 LSL, depending on your negotiation skills. There are no parking fees.
