Walking
From the center of Kakata, start at the main market area (Kakata Market). Head southwest on the main road (the one that runs parallel to the market). Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a junction. At the junction, take a left turn onto the dirt road. This will lead you towards the outskirts of Kakata. Walk for another 2 kilometers, and you will reach a small village called Wiasohnbli. Ask locals for directions to Wongan Falls as they will be familiar with the area. Continue following their guidance for about 1 kilometer into the forested area where the falls are located.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Kakata at the main market. Ride southwest along the main road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach a junction. Turn left onto the dirt road. Continue cycling on this road for about 2 kilometers. You will pass through some smaller villages. Once you reach Wiasohnbli, stop and ask locals for further directions to Wongan Falls. They can guide you through the last stretch which is about 1 kilometer into the wooded area where the falls are located.
Motorbike Taxi
From your location in Kakata, find a motorbike taxi (locally known as 'okada'). Tell the driver you want to go to Wiasohnbli village. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Wiasohnbli, ask the driver to drop you off near the village center. From there, ask for directions to Wongan Falls; locals will guide you into the forested area for approximately 1 kilometer to reach the falls.
