From Fürstensteig, head south on the main road (L45) towards Steg. Continue on L45 for about 5 km until you reach the junction in Steg. Turn left onto the road leading to Gänglesee, which is well-signposted. Follow this road for another 2 km, and you will arrive at Gänglesee. Be mindful of parking regulations; there may be designated parking areas near the lake.

From Fürstensteig, take the bus line 11 towards Steg. The bus stop is located near the center of Fürstensteig. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the 'Steg Post' stop. From there, follow the signs to Gänglesee, which is about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2 km). The trail is well-marked, and you will pass through scenic landscapes. Ensure to check the bus schedule for return times to Fürstensteig.
