Schattenburg Castle is located in Feldkirch and is easily accessible on foot from the city center. From the Montfort House Feldkirch, walk northeast on Schlossergasse, then turn right onto Hirschgraben. Continue onto Burggasse, where you will find the castle. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.

The Schattenburg can be reached by public transport. From Feldkirch Bahnhof (train station), take bus lines 401, 404, 405, or 407. Get off at the Feldkirch, Bahnhof bus stop. From there, walk along Bahnhofstraße towards the center, then turn onto Burggasse. The castle is located at Burggasse 1. A single bus fare is approximately €2-3.
Parking
If arriving by car, follow signs for 'Zentrum' and 'Schattenburg'. Limited parking is available near the castle at Burggasse 1. Parking fees in Feldkirch range from €0.90 to €2 per hour. Coach parking is also available at Schattenburg for a fee.
