Jakšto g. and you will reach your destination.

You can also take tram line 1 or 2 from different areas in Kaunas. Get on at the nearest tram stop and disembark at 'Žalgirio Arena' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to #KAUNAS. Walk along the riverbank towards A. Jakšto g. and you will find the sign easily.
