If you're driving, start from the center of Kaunas. Head southeast on Maironio g. toward Laisvės al. Take a right onto Laisvės al. and continue onto A1. After approximately 5 kilometers, take the exit toward A16. Follow A16 for about 8 kilometers, then take a left onto Šiltnamių g. The 1st Fort of Kaunas Fortress will be on your left at Šiltnamių g., Noreikiškės, 53371 Kauno r. sav. There is free parking available near the fortress.

To reach the 1st Fort of Kaunas Fortress via public transportation, head to the Kaunas bus station and look for buses heading towards Noreikiškės. You can take bus number 13 or 23. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Noreikiškės' and walk about 1 kilometer down Šiltnamių g. to reach the fortress. Tickets for the bus cost approximately €1.00, which you can purchase from the bus driver or at the station.
