If you are in the city center, start at the Town Hall Square (Rotušės aikštė). From the square, head southeast on Maironio Street (Maironio g.) towards Laisvės alėja. Continue straight onto Laisvės alėja, a pedestrian street. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with K. Donelaičio Street (K. Donelaičio g.). Turn left onto K. Donelaičio Street, and after about 300 meters, you will find Vytautas the Great War Museum on your right at K. Donelaičio g. 64.

From the city center, head to the nearest bus or trolleybus stop. Take trolleybus number 1 or 3 from the 'Maironio' stop towards 'Paleičiai'. Get off at the 'K. Donelaičio' stop. From there, walk approximately 200 meters back along K. Donelaičio Street, and you will reach Vytautas the Great War Museum located at K. Donelaičio g. 64.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards the Nemunas River. Follow the riverside path north, then turn left onto Maironio Street (Maironio g.) and continue towards Laisvės alėja. After reaching Laisvės alėja, proceed as described for walking. After turning onto K. Donelaičio Street, you'll find the museum after about 300 meters on your right.
