Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the Lithuanian Seaside, take the A1 highway towards Vilnius. The drive will take approximately 3-4 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Vilnius, follow the signs to the city center. You can park your car at one of the nearby parking facilities, such as 'Euroapotheka' parking or 'Sodų' parking, both within walking distance to Vilnius Cathedral.

• Bus

  To travel by bus, head to the main bus station in the Lithuanian Seaside town you're in. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Vilnius; the journey usually takes around 3-4 hours. Buses arrive at Vilnius Bus Station, which is about a 20-minute walk from Vilnius Cathedral. You can also take public transit from the bus station; look for bus number 1 or 88, which will take you closer to the cathedral.

• Train

  If you prefer to take the train, find your nearest train station and purchase a ticket to Vilnius. The train ride will also take approximately 3-4 hours. Upon arrival at Vilnius Train Station, you can walk for about 25 minutes to reach Vilnius Cathedral, or take a local bus (number 1 or 88) for a quicker trip. Make sure to check the train schedule in advance.

• Local Transportation

  Once you are in Vilnius, you can use local public transportation (buses or trolleybuses) to get to Vilnius Cathedral. Bus lines 10, 33, and 88 all stop near the cathedral. Ensure you purchase a ticket before boarding, which costs around €1.00 and can be bought from kiosks or vending machines.
