The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes and offers beautiful views of the lagoon. Once you arrive at Smiltynė, walk towards the beach, which is a short distance from the ferry terminal.

To reach Smiltynės Paplūdimys using public transportation, take bus number 1 or 1A from the city center of Klaipėda towards the ferry terminal. The bus ride typically takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket to Smiltynė (around €1–€2). Board the ferry and enjoy the scenic crossing, which lasts approximately 10 minutes. Once you reach Smiltynė, follow the signs towards the beach, which is easily accessible from the ferry dock.
