    If you are driving from Nida Beach, head northwest on the main road towards the ferry terminal. After approximately 10 km, you will reach the ferry terminal in Klaipėda. Take the ferry across the Curonian Lagoon to the mainland. Once you disembark, follow the signs to Klaipėda city center. Continue straight for about 7 km until you reach the intersection with S. Daukanto g. Turn right and follow this road for about 1 km. The Monument to the French captives will be on your left, located in a small park.
