From the Panevėžys bus station, take bus number 2 towards 'Kedainiai'. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the 'Vasaros' bus stop. After exiting the bus, turn left and walk straight along Vasaros Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with J. Basanavičiaus Street. Turn right onto J. Basanavičiaus Street and continue walking for another 300 meters. Dabarties Ekranas will be on your left.

Basanavičiaus Street, turn right and Dabarties Ekranas will be on your left after 300 meters.
