If you are starting from Panevėžys city center, walk towards the main street, Vasario 16-osios gatvė. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Maironio gatvė. Turn left onto Maironio gatvė and walk for about 300 meters. You will then arrive at the park area where Senvagės fontanas is located.
