From Trakai Island Castle, exit the castle area and head towards the main road, following the signs to Vilnius. Merge onto the A16 highway towards Vilnius. Continue for about 25 kilometers. Once you enter Vilnius, follow signs for the city center. Take the exit towards T. Ševčenkos street, and then turn right onto Šv. Mykolo street. The Amber Museum - Gallery will be on your left at Šv. Mykolo g. 8.

From Trakai Island Castle, walk to the Trakai bus station, which is approximately 10 minutes away. Take a bus to Vilnius, which will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vilnius bus station, exit and walk towards the city center. Head towards the intersection of Gedimino Avenue and then take a left onto T. Ševčenkos street. After a few blocks, turn right onto Šv. Mykolo street. Continue walking for a short distance, and you will find Amber Museum - Gallery at Šv. Mykolo g. 8 on your left.
