Walking
From Trakai Island Castle, exit the castle grounds and walk towards the main road leading out of the castle area. Head towards the bridge that connects the island to the mainland. Once you cross the bridge, continue straight on the main road. After about 1 km, you will see signs for Senieji Trakai. Follow these signs for approximately 1.5 km, and you will arrive at Old Trakai Hillfort, which will be on your right.

If you are traveling by car, exit the parking area of Trakai Island Castle and turn left onto the main road. Continue on this road for about 1 km until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the main road. Approximately 1.5 km after the bridge, look for signs indicating Old Trakai. Turn right at the signs, and you will find parking available near the hillfort.

To reach Old Trakai Hillfort using public transportation, you can take a bus from Trakai Island Castle to Senieji Trakai. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop to the castle. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Once you get off at the Senieji Trakai stop, walk straight for about 500 meters following the signs for Old Trakai Hillfort, which will be on your left.
