Getting There

• Walking

  From Trakai Island Castle, head south toward the bridge that connects the island to the mainland. Cross the bridge, and continue on the path that runs along the shore of Lake Galvė. Follow this path for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the main road. Dvaro pavėsinė is located at Užtrakio g. 19A, which is off to the left side of the main road. Keep an eye out for signage directing you to the Dvaro pavėsinė, as it is a popular tourist attraction.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one near Trakai Island Castle. Once you have your bike, head across the bridge from the island to the mainland. After crossing, turn left onto the main road (Užtrakio g.) and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. Dvaro pavėsinė will be on your right. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and be cautious of any traffic.

• Car

  If you are driving, you can park near Trakai Island Castle. From there, exit the parking area and head south toward the bridge. After crossing the bridge, follow the road until you reach Užtrakio g. (approximately 2 kilometers). Turn left onto Užtrakio g. and continue for about 1 kilometer. Look for Dvaro pavėsinė on your right. Note that parking may incur a fee, so check local regulations.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Dvaro pavėsinė using public transportation, take a bus from the Trakai bus station heading toward Vilnius. Get off at the stop for Užtrakio g. (approximately a 5-minute ride). From the bus stop, walk about 500 meters along Užtrakio g. toward the direction of Lake Galvė. Dvaro pavėsinė is located on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule for accurate times, as services may vary.
