If you are in the center of Utena, start at the Utena Town Hall located at J. Basanavičiaus g. 2. Head south on J. Basanavičiaus g. towards Maironio g. Continue straight as this road turns slightly into Aušros g. After about 1.2 kilometers, you will reach Laimės skveras located at Aušros g. 65. Look for a small park area with green spaces and benches.
Public Transport

You can take bus number 1 or 2 from the Utena Bus Station (Autobusų stotis) which is located at Maironio g. 2. Board the bus and travel for about 5 stops. Get off at the Aušros g. 65 stop. From there, Laimės skveras is just a short walk away. Head northeast along Aušros g. for about 200 meters until you reach the park.
Bicycle

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Utena and ride towards the Utena Town Hall on J. Basanavičiaus g. Continue south until you reach Aušros g. Then turn left onto Aušros g. and cycle for about 1.2 kilometers. Laimės skveras will be on your right at Aušros g. 65.
