If you are traveling by car, head towards the center of Vilnius and find the main road, Gedimino prospektas. From there, turn onto Žirmūnų g. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see Tuskulėnai Manor on your left at Žirmūnų g. 1F. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Tuskulėnai Manor by public transport, take bus number 88 from the Vilnius Bus Station or any central stop. Get off at the 'Žirmūnų g. 1F' stop. From there, it is just a short walk along Žirmūnų Street. The manor will be on your left side after about a 5-minute walk.
