Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Vilnius Cathedral, head east on Šventaragio Street towards the river Neris. After about 500 meters, cross the bridge (Mindaugas Bridge) over the river. Once you reach the other side, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Užupio Street. Turn left onto Užupio Street and walk for about 300 meters. The Angel of Užupis will be on your right, located prominently in the square.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Vilnius Bus Station, walk to the nearby bus stop called 'Stotis'. Take bus number 3 or 10 and ride for 4 stops until you reach 'Užupio' bus stop. Upon exiting, walk straight for about 150 meters, and you will find the Angel of Užupis at the square on your left.

  • Public Transport (Tram)

    From the main train station (Vilnius geležinkelio stotis), walk to the tram stop 'Stotis'. Take tram number 1 or 2 and ride for 5 stops, getting off at 'Užupio'. Walk down the street for about 200 meters, and you will see the Angel of Užupis in the square ahead.

  • Bicycle

    If you are renting a bike, start from the city center and head towards the river Neris. Follow the riverside bike path south. After about 1 kilometer, veer left onto the path leading into Užupis. Continue until you reach the square where the Angel of Užupis is located, which will be on your left.
