    From anywhere in Atchafalaya Basin, head towards US-90 E. If you are starting from the town of Morgan City, take LA-70 N to merge onto US-90 E. Continue on US-90 E for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit toward LA-83 N/Franklin. Merge onto LA-83 N and drive for about 10 miles until you reach Franklin. Once in Franklin, turn left onto Willow St. The Bayou Teche National Wildlife Refuge - Garden City Unit will be located at 1725 Willow St, Franklin, LA 70538. Parking is available on-site.
