    If you are near the downtown area of Baton Rouge, you can catch the Capital Area Transit System (CATS) bus route 18. Board the bus at any nearby bus stop heading towards the 'Southern University' direction. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at the corner of Nicholson Drive and Caddo Street. From there, walk south on Nicholson Drive for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Magnolia Mound Plantation, located at 2161 Nicholson Drive.
