If you are traveling by car from Honey Island Swamp, start by heading south on LA-46. Continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach I-10. Merge onto I-10 W towards New Orleans. Stay on I-10 for about 30 miles, taking the exit for US-90 Business toward New Orleans. Continue on US-90 for about 5 miles, and then take the exit toward Canal St. Once you exit, turn left onto Canal St. The US Custom House will be on your left at 423 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130.
