From any location within Kisatchie National Forest, head towards US Highway 165. Follow the signs to Alexandria. Once you reach Alexandria, continue on US-165 South. Merge onto Masonic Drive (LA-1) via the ramp on the left. Continue on Masonic Drive for about 3 miles. The Alexandria Zoological Park will be on your left at 3016 Masonic Dr, Alexandria, LA 71301.

If you are near a bus station within Kisatchie National Forest, take a Greyhound or local transit bus towards Alexandria. Once you arrive at the Alexandria bus station, you can either take a taxi or use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. The zoo is approximately 2.5 miles from the bus station. If you choose a taxi, the fare should be around $10-$15. Alternatively, you can walk to the zoo, which would take approximately 50 minutes.
