If you're starting from Jackson Square, head east on Chartres St toward St. Louis St. Turn left onto St. Louis St and continue for about 3 blocks. The Hermann-Grima House will be on your right at 820 St Louis St.

From the French Market, walk to the nearest streetcar stop at Decatur St. Board the Canal Street streetcar heading toward Elysian Fields Ave. Ride for 4 stops (about 10 minutes) and get off at the St. Charles Ave stop. From there, walk toward the intersection with St. Louis St, then turn left and continue until you reach 820 St Louis St on your right.

If you are near the Riverwalk, find the bus stop for the RTA bus line 5. Take the bus toward the French Quarter. Get off at the stop near St. Louis St. Walk east along St. Louis St for about 2 blocks until you arrive at the Hermann-Grima House at 820 St Louis St.
